Frequently Asked Questions
Is selling my additional diabetic testing supplies legal?
Diabetic test strips are available over the counter, making it entirely legal to sell them to a third party without needing a prescription.
What are the acceptable box conditions?
We can accept boxes at 50% of the value as long as they are sealed and in good condition, including those with rips or non-blood stains smaller than a dime, slightly crushed boxes, partially obscured but still legible expiration dates, or expiration dates within 4-7 months. Boxes that we cannot pay for include those with any type of stains or marks, opened or unsealed boxes, rips larger than a dime, any brand not on our price list, very smashed or crushed boxes, damaged seals, or boxes with expired or soon-to-expire expiration dates (less than 4 months).
Should I remove the pharmacy labels?
Please DO NOT remove any pharmacy labels from your items, as doing so may tear the boxes and significantly reduce your payout. We will professionally black out personal information with a Sharpie and handle label removal.
Why do prices fluctuate?
Diabetic testing supplies are considered commodities, and their prices are determined by the broader market. When you notice a price decrease, it usually indicates an oversupply of boxes in the market, with pharmacies not buying enough to keep up with the stock.
Can you email a shipping label?
Certainly! Just choose the “Email Shipping Label” option on the quote form.
Who pays for shipping?
We cover the shipping cost for return labels. You can request a free prepaid label to be mailed, emailed, or receive a shipping kit from us.
