Terms and Conditions

By selling to SR Test Strip Store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age.

2. Product Condition

All boxes sold to SR Test Strip Store must be unopened, undamaged, and properly sealed. Damage includes, but is not limited to, crushed, bent, torn, stained, or otherwise soiled packaging. Boxes with broken or missing seals are considered opened and will not be accepted.

3. Label Removal

SR Test Strip Store will remove any and all prescription labels before resale. I acknowledge that if removing a label causes damage to the box, it will be considered damaged and may not be accepted.

4. Shipping Responsibility

I am responsible for securely packaging my supplies to prevent damage during shipment. SR Test Strip Store is not liable for items damaged during transit and may reject any such items upon receipt.

5. Expiration Dates

All supplies must have an expiration date of at least six (6) months or longer from the date of shipment. Items expiring in less than two (2) months from the shipping date will not be accepted and may be donated on my behalf without compensation.

6. Non-Returnable Items

If I send supplies that are expired, opened, damaged, tampered with, or otherwise compromised, I understand that these items will be donated, and no payment or return will be issued.

7. Ownership and Legality

I affirm that I am the lawful owner of the supplies I sell to SR Test Strip Store or have full legal authorization to do so. I further affirm that the products were not obtained through illegal means and have not been lost or stolen. I confirm that my transaction does not violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws, including but not limited to healthcare regulations, anti-money laundering, and anti-terrorism laws.

8. Prohibited Items

SR Test Strip Store does not accept supplies that were purchased or subsidized through government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance assistance programs.

9. Payment Timeline

SR Test Strip Store strives to issue same-day payments for qualifying shipments. However, depending on shipping and processing times, payment may take up to 3–14 business days after receipt of supplies.

10. Mobile Communication Consent

By verifying my mobile number with SR Test Strip Store, I consent to receive SMS notifications regarding my orders, shipping status, and payments. If I choose not to verify my mobile number, I understand I may not receive these updates.

11. Information Sharing

I understand and agree that SR Test Strip Store may share my information with trusted marketing partners, affiliates, and third-party service providers.

12. Changes to Terms

I acknowledge that SR Test Strip Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is my responsibility to review the current terms and conditions each time I engage in a transaction..

13. No Insurance Fraud

I understand that I may not intentionally obtain medical supplies through insurance coverage solely for the purpose of reselling them to SR Test Strip Store.

14. Shipping Disclaimer

While most shipments are delivered within a week, I acknowledge that shipping times may vary and can take up to 14 days.

15. Limitation of Liability

SR Test Strip Store, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to any transaction or agreement with the company.
